本日は朝からハノイ電子冷蔵短期大学へ来ています。
これより始まるベトナム🇻🇳日本🇯🇵学生交流の進行の為の第一歩です。

すでにHHT校とは、日本留学や日本研修その他については、サインを交わし、実行中。
実際にバーバーズ店のHuyen店長、vタワー店スタイリストは日本研修3ヵ年を終え、ハノイで活躍中です。

さて学校との取り組みですが…10年前以上、遡ります。
Lan先生がONOにhairの学科の生徒全員を引き連れて見学に来られました。
ONOを見学し、記念撮影をして、その後、目の前の動物園にみんなで遊びに行ったのを覚えています。先日、クアンビンでの披露宴を行ったリンさんも、当初から人懐っこかったのを覚えています。
#グリーンのジャンパーがひときわ印象的だった 。

その後も、我々が、学校の技術大会の審査員を務めたり、学校授業にて指導したり、学校行事参加、学校先生との交流、学校での老人ホームチャリティ参加など、とにかくコミニュティーに入り込み、私のカラダは捧げて、やっと、リンとフェン、その他の学生のONOでのインターンシップが開始されました。正直、リンとフェン以外の学生も何名も来ましたが、ONOの合うスタッフはリンとフェンともふたり以外にも、”この子いいな～”と思う学生もいましたが、LAN先生の推薦でフェンとリンの就職がONOに決まりました。

LAN先生と私の意見が合致したのは嬉しかったな～私の希望というか、眼鏡に叶ったのが一致したわけで。

その後、二人は正式に就職し、日本研修3年（本当は１年で帰る予定がコロナで３年）を経て、ハノイに戻ります。
戻ってからの活躍は紆余曲折ありましたが、Huyenは今やバーバーズ店の店長に、リンがVタワー店のスタイリストに成長してくれています。
あとに続く日本研修スタッフに繋がっています。

そんなわけでベトナム～日本への研修を経て活躍してくれるスタッフが、これからも増えるだろうし、日本行きのスタッフもドシドシ育てて参りたいと思います。
先ずは、リエン、チーがハノイへ帰ります。
今後の活躍、さらなる日本ベトナムの人事交流を進めて行きたいと思います。

I’ve been at the Hanoi College of Electronic Refrigeration since this morning. This is the first step in the progress of student exchanges between Vietnam🇻🇳 and Japan🇯🇵, which will begin soon.

We have already signed an agreement with HHT School regarding studying abroad and training in Japan, and are currently working on this. In fact, Huyen, the manager of Barbers, and the stylist at V Tower have completed three years of training in Japan and are active in Hanoi.

Now, as for our work with the school…it goes back more than 10 years. Professor Lan came to ONO to visit with all the students from the hair department. I remember that we visited ONO, took a commemorative photo, and then went to play at the zoo right in front of it. I remember that Lin, who had her wedding reception in Quang Binh the other day, was friendly from the beginning. #The green jumper was particularly impressive.

After that, we served as judges for the school’s technical competition, taught at school classes, participated in school events, interacted with teachers, participated in charity events at nursing homes at school, and so on. We dedicated our bodies to getting involved in the community, and finally Linh, Feng, and other students started their internships at ONO. To be honest, many students other than Linh and Feng came, but there were other students who were good matches for the staff at ONO besides Linh and Feng, and I thought, “This girl is nice,” but Feng and Linh were recommended by LAN teacher and decided to work at ONO.

I was happy that LAN teacher and I had the same opinion. My hopes, or rather, my expectations were met.

After that, the two of them officially got jobs and returned to Hanoi after three years of training in Japan (they were actually supposed to return after one year, but it took three years due to COVID). There were many twists and turns in their success after returning, but Huyen is now the manager of a Barbers store, and Linh has grown into a stylist at a V Tower store. This will lead to the next Japanese training staff. #It’s a Vietnam thing, one person quits immediately after returning home.

So, I think we will have more staff who go through training in Vietnam and Japan, and we will also continue to train staff who go to Japan. First of all, Lien and Chi will be returning to Hanoi. I hope they continue to do well and promote further personnel exchanges between Japan and Vietnam.
