スムースな仕事が出来たので、まだオーダーさしたアイスコーヒーの氷も残ってるしワンチャンイケるな！
と、再びハイランズコーヒーの席を確保

といったところで、すぐさま呼び出し！

ハノイに赴任して3か月のH様
私自身が赴任時の話も色々しながら、ベトナム人スタッフとの付き合い方、日本に残した家族との向き合い方など。真面目な、会話を楽しみました。

たしかにな〜というシルエットをしております。
しかもアドベンチャー系で、洞窟なども探検するようです。OH！グレイトジャーニー! 凄いです！！

今夜はミーティングの予定でしたが、スタッフとの食事会開催とうことでした。　
まさかの焼肉食べ放題。。という事でしたが、
ぜんぜん食べれずに、スタッフ達も、頼んだのにメッチャ残します汗
やっぱ日本とは、オーダーの仕方が違います。

色々な意見が飛び交いますが、まあ、すべて、”そうだね〜” “わかるわかる”という内容です。まとめとしては、やはり助け合い
得意、不得意、出来る、出来ないをお互いに助け合う。認め合いが大事ですね。ってちゃんとアクションしてね！

多様な個性、スキル、タイプのスタッフがみんなが、輝くお店、会社にしないとですね！
きっと良い会社になるでしょう！

After the wedding, I went to work at Barber’s for the first time in a while. I attended the morning meeting. We went through the terms of customer service in Japanese. We went through the important things to note for today. Finally, we did a high-five to ensure smooth communication with the team.
Today, I’m waiting at the CAFE next door!

As soon as I set up my PC, I got a call!
Even though it was a call, it was a happy call!

I gave Nick, who has a calm atmosphere, a refreshing impression for the summer.

I was able to work smoothly, so I still had ice left for the iced coffee I ordered, so I thought I could do it!
And so, I secured a seat at Highlands Coffee again
I think I’ve made some progress on my PC work!
And then, I was called right away!

Mr. H, who has been working in Hanoi for 3 months
I talked about my time at the job, how to interact with Vietnamese staff, and how to deal with family left behind in Japan. I enjoyed a serious conversation.

The next customer was muscular and I wondered what he did. I asked and it turned out he was a mountain climber!

He has a silhouette that certainly fits that description.

He’s also into the adventure genre, and apparently explores caves and other places. OH! A great journey! Amazing!!

The Barbers staff are smiling and working hard today too. I can rely on them now!

Tonight was supposed to be a meeting, but it turned out to be a dinner party with the staff.

It was an all-you-can-eat yakiniku.

But I couldn’t eat it at all, and the staff left a lot of their food even though they ordered it lol
The way of ordering is different from Japan after all.

Various opinions were flying around, but it was all “yeah, I get it” and “I get it”. In summary, it’s about helping each other out
Help each other with your strengths and weaknesses, what you can and can’t do. Recognizing each other is important. Take action!

I want this to be a store and company where all the staff with diverse personalities, skills, and types can shine!
