今日は早朝ソフトボールからスタート！
am7:00で30℃越えっぽいです！
熱中症ヤバイですね。
今日は相模原のヒバリ球場へ遠征です！
相模原チームvs港北チームの公式戦にて、
港北チームの助っ人として参加です。
#正式には欠員補充です 。

暑すぎて試合どころではないですが^^;
一応助っ人として7番ライトでスターティングラインナップに名を連ねます。
守備機会は3度ありましたが全てOUTを取れたのてラッキーでした〜
ただタッチアップのランナーをホームで刺せなかったのは悔しかった〜
打撃の方は4-2…
2打席目はチャンスで凡退…
なかなか上手く行きませんね^^;
#試合は7 -7の引き分け

これで終わりかと思いましたが、なんとダブルヘッダーで2試合目に突入！
#体力が持つのか ？

2試合目は8番セカンドで、またもやスターティングラインナップに名を連ねます。
こちらも守備機会は、ぼぼソツナクこなせたかな？と思います。
暑すぎるので、あんまり試合を長引かせたくないので、3ボール0ストライクでもストライクは全て打ちに行った結果…結果は出ませんでしたが…
最終打席は練習の成果が発揮できた打席で右中間のスリーベース!
やはり練習は裏切りません。

今後もこの調子で、練習を継続致します。
次回、来週はショートの練習をして来ます。
バッティングはまあ、水モノですが
実際には…守備で疲れて打てないだけです。
#体力勝負

試合は点数はもうわかんなくなってしまいましたが勝ったようで、2試合合計1分け1勝。
助っ人の役割は果たせました。

それにしても暑かったですが、汗をかくのは気持ちよいですね。そして大声を出して、打ったり、走ったり、ミスしたり、笑ったり、悔しガッたりしながらのチームプレーは、いくつになっても、楽しいですよね。

今日は後輩がいませんでしたが、年齢を超えてのタテヨコナナメの関係性はとても快適です！会社でも、この関係性を構築するべく、日々経営者として頑張ります。

記事にしてみるとソフトボールも重要でしたね（笑）

Today we start with early morning softball!
It’s over 30℃ at 7am!
Heatstroke is dangerous.
Today we’re going on a trip to Hibari Stadium in Sagamihara!
I’m participating as a helper for the Kohoku team in the official game between the Sagamihara team and the Kohoku team.
#Officially I’m filling in for a vacant player.

It’s too hot to even think about playing^^;
I’ll be in the starting lineup as a helper at right field, number 7.
I had three defensive opportunities, but I was lucky to get all of them out~
But I was disappointed that I couldn’t tag out the runner at home for a touch-up~
As for the batting, it was 4-2…
I struck out in my second at-bat, but it didn’t go so well^^;
#The game ended in a 7-7 draw

I thought that was the end, but we’re going into the second game of a doubleheader!
#Will I have the stamina?

I’ll be in the starting lineup again as number 8 second baseman for the second game.
I think I was able to handle the defensive opportunities just fine.

It was too hot, so I didn’t want to drag the game out too long, so I went for all the strikes even though it was 3 balls and 0 strikes… but I didn’t get any results…

My final at-bat was where I was able to show the results of my practice, hitting a three-base hit to right-center field!

Practice never disappoints.

I will continue practicing like this in the future.

Next week, I will practice shortstop.

Batting is a bit of a fad, but in reality… I was just tired from playing defense and couldn’t hit.

I can’t remember the score anymore, but it seems we won, so the total score for the two games is 1 draw and 1 win.

I was able to play my role as a helper.

It was really hot, but it feels good to sweat. And playing as a team while yelling, hitting, running, making mistakes, laughing, and getting frustrated is fun no matter how old you are.

There were no juniors here today, but it’s very comfortable to have such a relationship that transcends age! I’ll do my best as a manager every day to build this kind of relationship at the company.
