衛生管理協会のMTGが恒例の恵比寿の”たつや”で開催。
毎年、ジャパニーズクオリティでに衛生管理セミナーをハノイ開催しています。この取り組みは過去3回にわたりベトナムのビューティー協会VNBAを通じ、ベトナムにおける衛生管理の向上を、アセアンでもベトナムの衛生管理が先を行く存在になり得る可能性を高めるため、JVBAにも協賛をいただきながら開催して来ました。昨年は遂にVNBAさん主催から離れて、我々が主催のセミナーを開くことができました。まあ、特にDunThanの協力は大きな力となり、OAサロンのHieu氏の本気度で、一気に加速した感もあります。

そしていよいよVNBA参加の医療美容サロンも、ジャパニーズクオリティの消毒システムの導入に動き始めました。今後の大野の生きる道にも、多大な影響が出てくるように感じることができました。
さらに日本のネイルサロン協会さんも、仲間入りを果たし、様々な幅が広がり、遂にベトナムで芽が出てきたな～と感じています。
今後は学校の授業にも衛生管理の意識、考え方を注入できることも決まり、学生のレベルから、衛生、ジャパンクオリティを勉強がスタートすることを意味します。
さらのこのベトナムの学校×日本の理美容学校の交流も8月よりSTARTします。これはもうワクワクが止まりません。

さらにさらに、知り合いのベトナム人社長による、日本のホテルサービスがいよいよ8月ＯＰＥＮします。そこでも、我々の衛生管理システムが役に立てそうであることもベトナム人社長に伝えたところ、早速、導入したい。との想いを受け、近日、オンラインミーティングの設計を始めました。

なんか忙しくなるな～と感じつつも、10年前から行ってきた、ベトナム人スタッフを雇用し、日本の文化、考え方、日本人のアンデンティティーみたいなものを植え付けながらハノイで行って来たサービスも間違って居なかったんだな～感慨深い想いであります。

まだまだ始まってもいない道半ばの案件の数々ですが、更に面白くするべく精進して参ります。

The hygiene management association’s MTG was held at the usual “Tatsuya” in Ebisu. Every year, we hold a hygiene management seminar in Hanoi with Japanese quality. This initiative has been held three times in the past through the Vietnamese beauty association VNBA, with the support of JVBA, in order to improve hygiene management in Vietnam and increase the possibility that Vietnam’s hygiene management can become a leader in ASEAN. Last year, we were finally able to hold a seminar hosted by us, away from VNBA. Well, the cooperation of DunThan in particular was a great force, and the seriousness of Mr. Hieu of OA Salon gave us a sense of acceleration.

And finally, medical beauty salons participating in VNBA have begun to move towards introducing Japanese quality disinfection systems. I felt that this will have a huge impact on Ohno’s future path of life. In addition, the Japanese Nail Salon Association has joined the group, expanding the scope of our activities, and I feel that we have finally seen the seeds of growth in Vietnam. It has also been decided that hygiene management awareness and thinking will be instilled in school classes in the future, meaning that students will start learning about hygiene and Japanese quality from the student level. Furthermore, exchanges between this Vietnamese school and a Japanese hairdressing school will also start in August. I can’t stop being excited about this. #I can’t stop being excited (lol)

Furthermore, a Japanese hotel service run by a Vietnamese president I know will finally open in August. I told the Vietnamese president that our hygiene management system could be useful there as well, and he said he wanted to introduce it right away. In response to his desire, we have started designing online meetings in the near future.

I feel like I’m going to be busy, but I’m deeply moved by the fact that the service I’ve been providing in Hanoi for the past 10 years, employing Vietnamese staff and instilling Japanese culture, thinking, and Japanese identity, has not been wrong.

There are many projects that have not yet begun, but we will continue to work hard to make them even more interesting.
