Today, our respected CEO, Mr. Kobayashi of Metro Design, will be visiting us. This connection dates back to the Management Guidelines Codification Seminar held annually by the Small and Medium Enterprise Association seven years ago. Thank you as always. He has helped me grow as well as my staff. I am truly grateful.

In addition, we have received support and encouragement from many people like Mr. Kobayashi.

Now, for the past few months, Hair Salon Ohno Group’s five Tokyo area stores have been cooperating as the subject of a corporate diagnosis by Chiba University of Commerce. Starting with the management philosophy and vision, we diagnosed various aspects such as financial status, marketing, organization, and more. . . In other words, the subject also included advice from the current situation. Today is the day of the diagnosis and proposal. I really wanted to listen to it with all the staff, but it’s Saturday, so there’s nothing I can do.

Our connection with Chiba University of Commerce was also through the Small and Medium Enterprise Association. One of the study sessions called the Health Management University of the Chuo Ward branch. It was a connection with the study session of Professor Kobo’s “White-hot Classroom”. It’s like a Konosuke Matsushita seminar while drinking. As I unravel Konosuke’s words, I’m getting hints that I can put into practice starting tomorrow.

I’m heading to a conference room in Hatchobori to give a report at Chiba University of Commerce. A total of about 10 students (although they are students, they are all working adults) gave me detailed suggestions and advice for our company, one by one. How should we use President Ohno’s presence in our management? How can we use Ohno’s history to our advantage? How can we improve our sales issues? They were very important suggestions. Looking back… Things I tried but couldn’t continue. Things I wanted to do but couldn’t. Things I thought I had to do but couldn’t get started on. Various things cross my mind. I regret that I was so busy with my daily work that I wasn’t able to reflect on my work. Why didn’t I continue? Why couldn’t I do it? Why aren’t our performance improving? I need to reflect on these things and use them in the future. Even so, there are many situations these days where connections between people can help me. I would say that most of the time, I would say that this is true for most people. I have no doubt that proactively taking action to meet people will continue to be an important axis for me in the future.
