Juniors, Noge, muscles, and Genghis Khan. This combination is quite rare. This restaurant serves fresh raw lamb in abundance. #All -you-can-eat

It all started with an in-house bowling tournament, and the prize for winning was “the right to drink with PD in Noge,” which is how today came to be. #I just want to drink

Normally, when it comes to Noge, we go to three or four places at a good tempo, get tired, and then break up when we’re full! That’s the rhythm of it, but today I’m probably going to stop at one, so I’m waiting for my juniors. And since they’re running late because of a sudden downpour, I’m reading a book while drinking a bottle of beer. #While I’m writing this note, I’m happy.

An opportunity to talk to young people. Intergenerational GAP, communication GAP. Psychological safety. And so on, it seems like a lot of people are wondering, or rather, not doing well.

#Are you worried?

At the end of the month, I’ll be appearing as a panelist at a study session (seminar) on intergenerational GAP. There are quite a lot of employees in their 20s. I think that’s why they offered me the job.

There are a lot of leaders in their 30s in the company, so I might talk to them a lot. I’m more concerned about the gap with the older baby boomers (lol). It’s quite a mystery, like not being able to understand what they’re saying, repeating the same story every time, getting scolded when you’ve forgotten, getting yelled at for no reason (lol). Well, I’m an old man, so I ignore it and ignore it, but the biggest gap is when they finish talking even though you’re not in a position to listen at all. . I think there are a lot of patterns like that. . I don’t remember the content at all (lol)

So, from now on, I’m not going to talk, but I’m going to listen carefully to what the young people have to say.

I’ll be especially careful not to talk about old tales, boastful stories, or preach. If it’s not one of those three, it usually turns into dirty jokes, but that’s ok (lol)
