今日はソフトボールの後、午後から中小企業家同友会の4委員会＆理事会に出席。というハードスケジュールだということを何となく忘れていました。
もうちょっと体力温存しておけばよかったかな（笑）
速攻シャワー＆ランチして身支度して出かけます。
#昼寝したかったな ～

出席する４委員会については初参戦。そして理事会も初参戦です。
先ずは４委員会ですが、経営労働委員会、共育委員会、共同求人委員会、多様な働き方推進委員会の４委員会　＋　アルファの方々との各委員会の活動を共有しながら、自分の発表の機会にも、皆様に多様な働き方推進委員会のアクション内容を共有します。
#委員長代理です 。

各委員会も色々と悩みやうまく進まないことも、そりゃあるよねーなんで思いながらも、決定事項は決めていかなければならないので、皆さん大変だな〜なんてことも共有しながら、とりあえず4委員会は無事に？終了。

次は理事会。なるものに参加します。結構人数たくさん居るな〜オンラインの人も居たので次回はオンライン参加にしよう！と勝手に決めちゃいましたか？

自身の委員会活動の報告も終わりホッとしてペン🖋️を無くしました。

そして今日は盛りだくさんです！
その後、表参道にて美容師の大先輩に呼ばれています。美容師の大先輩はNYで以前、ヘアサロンを経営されていた海外理美容師のカリスマ大先輩です。
今日はNY時代のお仲間&コラボの可能性をコネクトしてくださいました。
相変わらず勉強になります。早速、このご縁をカタチにするべく頑張ります！

また、ハノイでの我々の活動、スタッフ育成などもさまざまな話をさせていただきました。

その中でも我々の活動は、ベトナムの若者に可能性を与え、仕事を見出し、チャンスを生み出している素晴らしい活動であり、社会貢献している。とお墨付きをいただきました。
#先輩に褒められるとなんだか嬉しい

なんとなく自信を失いかけていた私にとっても良い機会を良いタイミングで企画いただき感謝感激雨嵐。

今後も自信を持って進んで参ります。
#調子には乗るなよ

Today: softball in the morning, then in the afternoon the Tokyo SME Entrepreneurs’ Association’s joint meeting of four committees plus the board meeting. I’d kind of forgotten what a packed schedule it was.
Maybe I should have saved a little more energy (lol).
Quick shower, quick lunch, get ready, and out the door.

This was my first time at the four-committee meeting, and my first board meeting too.
First up, the four committees: the Management & Labor Committee, the Co-Education Committee, the Joint Recruitment Committee, and the Diversity Work Promotion Committee, plus a few others. We shared what each committee has been doing, and when my turn came, I presented the actions of the Diversity Work Promotion Committee.

Every committee has its own worries and things that just aren’t moving forward. Of course they do. But decisions still have to be made, so we also shared a bit of “everyone’s working so hard.”
And so the four-committee meeting wrapped up… safely? I think.

Next, the so-called board meeting. Quite a lot of people there! Some were joining online, so I decided on my own that next time I’ll join online too.

After finishing my committee report, I relaxed… and lost my pen 🖋️.

And today wasn’t over yet!
Next I was invited to Omotesando by a highly respected senior hairdresser. He used to run a hair salon in New York and is a true charismatic figure among Japanese hairdressers working abroad.
Today he connected me with friends from his New York days and possible collaboration opportunities.
As always, I learned so much. I’ll work hard to turn this connection into something real!
We also talked about many things, including our activities in Hanoi and how we train our staff.

Above all, he told me that our work is wonderful: it gives young people in Vietnam possibilities, helps them find work, and creates opportunities for them. A real contribution to society. That was his stamp of approval.

I had been losing a bit of confidence lately, so this came at just the right time. I’m overflowing with gratitude to him for setting it up.
From here on, I’ll move forward with confidence.
