釧路駅で北上先生にピックアップしていただき、いよいよ釧路理美容学校での授業が始まります。
その前に先ずは腹ごしらえ^_^
釧路の名店 “竹老園 東家総本店”さんへ
到着時には混雑、行列で、授業に間に合わない危険があるため諦めて釧路漁港で働く方々の食堂へ

ここではやはり焼サバ定食🐟
脂ノリノリで最高でした。
庶民の魚も最近ではなかなか高級魚になっていますから高級サバを余すところなくいただきました。マイウ〜

釧路の学校でも弊社経営理念”技術の心 心の技術”を如何なく学生たちに説かせていただきます。
理容師の価値、未来の可能性を先ずアピール(というよりアドバイス)させていただきました。

しかし座学だけでは学生は寝てしまうので、ちょうど良いところで切り上げ、実技のデモに入って行きます！

先ずはレディースシェービングの実演。
ONOの仕事、繊細なプロセスを学生さん達に披露しながら進行します。

美容科の生徒さんも、活躍の幅を拡げるべく真剣です！繊細なタッチ。産毛(剃り残し)のチェックをしながらの仕事はなかなかの緊張感が芽生えてます。全学生41名に魂を、優しさを注ぎ込みます。

剃ったら鎮静、剃ったら沈静。。とレディースシェービングの施術としては時間がないながらも進んでいきます。

2時限目は理容科のみの9名の授業
和気あいあいで授業を進行します。
内容は”理容師だからこそできるEYEブロー術”
デモを行なってから、相モデルで進行！
アドバイスを送りながら、学生さん達も、楽しく取り組んでいただいております。
やはり実習は無敵です！
笑顔溢れる授業が終わり、みなさんと記念撮影をしてフィニッシュ！学生のみんな！コーディネートしてくれた先生方、誠にありがとうございます。

この後になんと就職希望の学生さんとの採用説明会の開催です！

先生に釧路空港まで送っていただき帰路に着く前に出張レポート作成。そして中小企業下同友会の勉強会！
オンラインにて学ばせていただきました。

何があろうともポジティブに全力で。
アタマが悪い私には単純明快でわかりやすい。
とにかく引き続き”閃き”＆”直感”でアクションし続けます。

次回の釧路訪問時は夕日に出逢えるように祈りつつ飛行機✈️に搭乗します。

After being picked up by Professor Kitakami at Kushiro Station, the class at Kushiro Barber School finally begins. Before that, we first fill our stomachs ^_^. When we arrived at the famous Kushiro restaurant “Takeroen Azumaya Sohonten”, it was crowded and there was a line, so we gave up on the risk of not making it to class on time and went to a restaurant for people working at Kushiro Fishing Port.

Here, we had a grilled mackerel set meal 🐟, which was very fatty and delicious. These days, common fish have become quite high-class fish, so we ate every bit of the high-class mackerel. Maiu~

At the Kushiro school, we will also be explaining our company’s management philosophy, “The heart of technology, the technology of the heart,” to the students. First, we appealed (or rather advised) them about the value of barbers and their future potential.

However, the students will fall asleep if we only teach them in a classroom, so we will cut it short at the right time and move on to a practical demonstration!

First, we will demonstrate ladies’ shaving. We will proceed while showing the students ONO’s work and the delicate process.

The beauty students are also serious about expanding their scope of work! Delicate touch. There is a sense of tension in the work while checking for vellus hairs (unshaved hairs). We pour our soul and kindness into all 41 students. Shave, calm, shave, calm… We proceed despite the lack of time for ladies’ shaving treatment. The second class is a class of 9 barbers only, and the class proceeds in a friendly atmosphere. The content is a demonstration of “eye blowing techniques that only barbers can do”, and then proceeds with a model! The students are also having fun while giving advice. As expected, practical training is invincible! The class ended with a lot of smiles, and we finished by taking a commemorative photo with everyone! Students! Thank you very much to the teachers who coordinated it.

After this, we will hold a recruitment briefing session with students who are looking for jobs! Since there was only one person, it was a pretty intense briefing. I hope to see you in Tokyo.

Speaking of Kushiro, the “sunset” is one of the three most moving sunsets in the world. However, I was not able to see it today either) I’ll have to look forward to it!

The teacher took me to Kushiro Airport and I wrote a business trip report before heading home. And then I attended a study session with the Small and Medium Enterprise Association! I learned online.

No matter what happens, I will stay positive and do my best. It’s simple and clear for someone like me who isn’t very smart. Anyway, I will continue to take action with my “inspiration” and “intuition”.

I will board the plane ✈️ praying that I will be able to see the sunset the next time I visit Kushiro.
