昨夜は気持ち良く呑ませていただきまして今朝は帯広を後にします。
ホテルから駅まで、ガラガラとキャリーケースを転がしながら、てくてく歩いて２，３分で帯広駅到着。
帯広駅９：１７発　”おおぞら1号”　釧路行きの電車。
天気も良く気持ちの良い朝をプラットホームで迎えました。
誰も居ないホームのベンチは、朝からなんだか開放的で気分が良い。
となりのホームから出発する鈍行列車の窓から私をみている小さな女の子に手を振ってみたら、元気に笑顔で手を振ってくれました～
優しさをありがとうございます。
いよいよ出発します。
帯広のルーティンなのか、さっきまで誰もいなかったプラットホームに、人がいっぱいいます。さすが湧き出る帯広です！
4号車A-4の席に落ち着き出発します。
ディーゼル音が心地よく列車は進んで参ります。

PCを開きオンラインミーティングをスタート
今日は帯広から釧路までの間でオンラインミーティング
1発目はOSAKAの役員とのミーティングです。
スタッフの働き方から始まり、様々な可能性を探っていきます。
役員の皆さんの思惑を色々とありながら、ポジティブなミーティングとなりました。
ディーゼル音＆電波の状況がなかなか悪いのか？
途切れ途切れな場面もあったようで申し訳ありませんでした。
2発目は、共育プロジェクトリーダー＆プロジェクトの協力で入ってもらっているモンテカンポ山野社長とのミーティングです。
現在、新たなONOの教育カリキュラムを作成中です。
カットデビューまでにプログラム、キャリアマップ、新人研修～ベテランスタッフまでの共に学ぶプロジェクトを皆で力を合わせております。
プロジェクトリーダーも大変ですが、ONOの未来の為頑張っていただいております。
そんなこんなで気づけば…帯広～釧路の間は、車窓からの風景はなにも見ずにPCの画面の中の役員2名、藤田共育PJプロジェクトリーダー、モンテカンポ山野社長の4名様のお顔を拝見しながら釧路駅へあっという間に到着しました。

完全に移動時間を有効に使えた。
とも言えるし、移動の車窓の風景を楽しみを味わえなかった。。とも言える。
いよいよ移動中も仕事できる時代。。しかもミーティングも出来てしまう。
良いのか？悪いのか？
まあ、切り替えて…
そのおかげで釧路理美容学校の授業へ集中できる状態でありますね。
いよいよ移動中も生産する季節へ、ステージへ突入！
しばらくは移動中の時間の有効活用を頑張ってみます！

I had a pleasant drink last night, and this morning I’m leaving Obihiro. I walked from the hotel to the station, rolling my suitcase around, and arrived at Obihiro Station in a few minutes. Obihiro Station 9:17 departure “Oozora 1” train bound for Kushiro. The weather was good and I was greeted by a pleasant morning on the platform. The bench on the empty platform felt open and pleasant from the morning. I waved to a little girl looking at me from the window of the slow train departing from the next platform, and she waved back with a cheerful smile. Thank you for your kindness. We are finally leaving. Perhaps it’s an Obihiro routine, but the platform where there was no one there until just now is full of people. As expected of Obihiro, it’s full of people! I settled into my seat in car 4, A-4, and departed. The train moves forward with a pleasant diesel sound.

I opened my PC and started an online meeting. Today, between Obihiro and Kushiro, the first online meeting is a meeting with OSAKA executives. We will start with the way the staff works and explore various possibilities. Although the executives had various thoughts, it was a positive meeting. Is the diesel sound and radio wave situation quite bad? I’m sorry that there were some choppy moments. The second meeting was with the co-education project leader and President Yamano of Montecampo, who is cooperating with the project. We are currently creating a new ONO education curriculum. We are all working together on a project to learn together from the program, career map, new employee training to veteran staff before the cut debut. The project leader is also very busy, but he is working hard for the future of ONO. And so, before I knew it… between Obihiro and Kushiro, I arrived at Kushiro Station in no time, looking at the faces of four people on the PC screen, two executives, Fujita Co-education PJ project leader, and President Yamano of Montecampo, without looking at the scenery from the train window.

I was able to use my travel time completely effectively. It can be said that I was not able to enjoy the scenery from the train window. . It can also be said that. We are finally in an age where we can work while on the move. What’s more, we can even hold meetings. Is that a good thing? Or a bad thing? Well, I can switch gears… and thanks to that I’m able to concentrate on my classes at Kushiro Beauty and Barber School. We’ve finally entered the season and stage where we can be productive even while on the move! I’ll try to make the most of my time while on the move!

While waiting for Professor Kitakami to pick me up… I’m also working on my blog at this time (lol)
