あけましておめでとうございます。

新しい年の幕が静かに、しかし確かな意志をもって開きました。2026年、私のテーマは 「スタッフ一人ひとり、お客様一人ひとり、全ての“つながる。人”にスポットライトを灯す」 という想いです。 昨年も私たちは、多くの出会いと挑戦に恵まれました。現場で交わされる言葉、手の温度、視線の先。その一つひとつが、誰かの一日を、人生の一場面を照らしてきたと感じています。改めて、日々お客様に向き合うスタッフ一人ひとりに、心からの敬意と感謝を伝えます。

私たちの理念「技術の心　心の技術」

それは、技術を磨くこと以上に、目の前の“その人”に光を当てる姿勢そのものです。髪を整えることは、人生を整える一瞬に立ち会うこと。主役はいつも、椅子に座るお客様であり、そしてその舞台を支えるスタッフです。

世界は変化を続けています。だからこそ2026年は、誰かを照らすことで、自分も照らされる。そんな循環を、グループ全体でつくっていきたい。年齢や立場を越えて学び合い、認め合い、一人ひとりが「自分の居場所に光が当たっている」と実感できる組織へ。 その先に必ず、「この仕事を選んでよかった」「この仲間と出会えてよかった」そう思える未来が待っていると信じています。

Happy New Year!

The curtains of a new year have risen quietly but with firm determination. My theme for 2026 is “Shine the spotlight on each and every staff member, each and every customer, and all connected people.” Last year, we were blessed with many encounters and challenges. The words exchanged on-site, the warmth of a hand, the gaze we held—each and every one of them—were felt to have illuminated someone’s day, a moment in their life. Once again, I would like to express my heartfelt respect and gratitude to each and every staff member who interacts with customers every day.

Our philosophy: “The Heart of Technique, the Heart of Technique”

More than honing our skills, this philosophy embodies our attitude of shining a light on the person in front of us. Styling hair is about witnessing a moment that shapes a life. The star is always the customer in the chair, and the staff supporting that stage.

The world is constantly changing. That’s why in 2026, by shining a light on others, we ourselves will be illuminated. We want to create this cycle throughout the entire group. We want to become an organization where people of all ages and positions can learn from and recognize each other, and where each person can feel that “the spotlight is shining on them.” I believe that a future awaits us where we can say, “I’m glad I chose this job” and “I’m glad I met these colleagues.”
