これは先行きヤバいな~今日は1尾釣れたらラッキーだなって感じ^^;

When I was old enough to understand things, I went fishing with my father. When I was old enough to go out on my own, I went fishing by myself. I like spending time alone since I was little, and I don’t dislike spending time alone even now. In fact, I might even like it. My parents ran a store, so I played little league baseball on weekends. Fishing in the off-season. Surprisingly, he had a good style for each season. He also enjoyed historical sites, reading books, and watching baseball games alone. He seems to have been a boy who played alone.
Even while living in Hanoi, Vietnam, he said that it was easier to spend his days off by himself reading books in cafes and stores that Japanese people would never visit.
I’ve been enjoying myself lately with the ONO staff and fellow presidents of the Doyukai, in a “fishing circle” with friends! This time, my target is my first fishing target, “hairtail fish”. I’ll stay overnight at Zushi Marina the day before and stay at Tadahikomaru at Kanazawa Fishing Port. In the end, we talked until late the night before and only managed to get about 3 hours of sleep! Feeling extremely sleepy, we headed to Tadahiko Maru. Since we had made a reservation, we went through all the necessary procedures, such as payment, filling out the passenger register, setting up tackle, scales, and weights, and then Captain Yasuda finally started giving us a lecture on swordfish fishing. We thought it would be just for us beginners, but it turned out to be for everyone on board. After the lecture, I thought, “It’s too difficult, I don’t think I’ll be able to catch anything…” This doesn’t look good for the future – I feel like I’ll be lucky if I catch one today^^; This puts the club members in danger too!
With a little bit of hope and a little bit of resignation, we set sail! The boat cuts through the waves and winds, and we, the members of the club, are splashed with spray as we head for the fishing spot, and it looks like today’s spot will be around Tokyo Bay: Second Sea Fort (a wartime fort in Tokyo Bay). Well, today I’m going to practice fishing for hairtail fish, and I’m going to master the points, bait attachment, depth setting, vertical and horizontal lures that the captain taught me, and improve my skills for the next “hairtail fish” battle.
As for the catch, I caught 11 fish. The fishing club members also did their best, catching a maximum of 14 fish! Hairtail fish fishing is difficult, and I’m extremely tired and sore from all the luring, but it’s fun to catch and delicious to eat, it’s the best fishing! I’ll try it again soon. For dinner, I had sashimi, meunière, and liver miso soup. Next time, I’d like to try kabayaki and rolled and grilled.
I injured my right hand with the teeth of the hairtail fish and it was covered in blood, so next time I’ll take care of that and enjoy it!
