月に１度の店長会
月に１度各店の店長たちと顔を合わせます。
今は,オンラインでも、リアルでも、どっちが普通なのか、分かりませんが、
重要度や緊急度。距離はもちろんのこと、セレクトできる時代になりました。
それでも、オンラインで良いだろう？とかリアルは効率が悪い？とか、特に時間やコストを考えるオンラインが効率は良いのだろうけど、やっぱり顔を合わせるの大事だよね。となってしまう昭和のオジサンです。
親戚や家族だって年に１度や２度は顔を合わすのだから、スタッフ達も顔を合わすのは大事だと思ってます。
でも、やっぱりちょっとした打ち合わせは、オンラインは多用しているし、ベトナムや海外、大阪エリアなんかも、オンラインで顔合わせ出来るだけでも、画面越しでも全然違うよね。
ほぼ、対面で話をしている状態と一緒。
でも、昨日もだったけど、顔出ししない、オンラインはコミュニ―ケーションにはなってないかな。電話でもいいじゃん。くらいの感覚に陥ってしまいます。
そして今回から女性リーダーが参加
店長会やリーダー会議に、女性が居ないことに、とても違和感を感じていましたし時代＆ベトナムの影響か？　女性に居て欲しい、いないとおかしい。
という感覚だったので、先ずは女性リーダーの参加がスタートしてよかったな。今年ONOベトナムも女性店長がスタートし頑張っています。女性リーダーがどんどん生まれるONOグループも楽しみですね。

日本橋に戻ってからは、鰻。高嶋屋さんへ、日本橋名店探訪ランチ！！
日本橋もの繋ぎプロジェクトにて、日本橋の名店、美味しいお店、面白いお店がどんどん繋がっております。それにしても鰻は久々でした～疲れているときや、ちょっと風邪気味の時なんかは最高ですね！まさに完全メシ！
シティハンター冴羽りょう役でおなじみの鈴木亮平さんも、鰻を絶賛していましたね。という事で、三島鰻は美味でした！高嶋屋さん様ありがとうございます。そしてこれからも、ご後援宜しくお願いいたします。

女性リーダー、地元コミュニティーという２大テーマとなりましたが、どちらも時代性でもあるが普遍なテーマで、私も長く、大事にしてきた気がしますし、実現したり、スタッフ達に浸透してきたことは嬉しいですね。
今後も女性リーダーが活躍しながら、地元コミュニティーを大事にしてくれるスタッフがいればONOは間違えないと思います。

Managers’ Meeting Once a Month Once a month, I meet with the managers of each store. Nowadays, I don’t know which is more normal, online or in person, but it depends on the importance and urgency. We are now in an age where we can select, of course, distance. Still, online is fine, right? Or is in person inefficient? I’m an old man from the Showa era who thinks like this. Even relatives and family meet once or twice a year, so I think it’s important for staff to meet face to face. But, I still use online a lot for small meetings, and even in Vietnam, overseas, and the Osaka area, it’s completely different even if you can meet online, even if it’s through a screen. It’s almost the same as talking face to face. But, as I saw yesterday, I don’t think online communication, not showing your face, is communication. I feel like a phone call is fine. And from this time, female leaders will be participating. I felt that it was strange that there were no women at the manager meetings and leader meetings, and perhaps it was the influence of the times and Vietnam? I wanted women to be there, it was strange if they weren’t. So I’m glad that female leaders have started participating. This year, ONO Vietnam has also started a female manager and is working hard. I’m looking forward to the ONO group, where more and more female leaders are born.

After returning to Nihonbashi, it was eel. We went to Takashimaya for lunch to explore famous Nihonbashi restaurants! ! The Nihonbashi Mono Tsunagi Project is connecting famous, delicious, and interesting restaurants in Nihonbashi. It’s been a while since I’ve had eel – it’s great when you’re tired or have a bit of a cold! It’s the perfect meal! Suzuki Ryohei, who is well known for his role as Ryo Saeba in City Hunter, also praised the eel. So, the Mishima eel was delicious! Thank you, Takashimaya. And we hope you will continue to support us.

The two main themes were female leadership and local community. Both are timely but universal themes. I feel like I have been valuing them for a long time, and I am happy that they have been realized and have permeated the staff. As long as female leaders continue to play an active role and staff who value the local community, I believe ONO will not go wrong. Thank you everyone.
