朝は社内経営ゼミVol.1″経営理念”の講師役となりました。
参加スタッフは6名くらいだったかな?
オンライン勉強会だったせいもあり全員顔出しナシ。という、なかなかの厳しい状況ではありましたがなんとか楽しくenjoyしました。
顔が見れないNOリアクションの講師役の難しさを実感しました。
CIOがひとり反応してくれたの助かりました^^;ありがとうございます！

今回は”経営理念”がテーマということで、自身の振り返り、再確認の時間を持てたことはとてもプラスで良い機会を得られました。引き続き第6回まで宜しくお願い致します。

今日は元JETROハノイ所長を訪問させていただきまし。
10年前から現在までハノイの報告。そして今後のビジョンを元所長へ語らせていただきました。
所長とのベトナム関連のシェアの数々は改めてベトナムの魅力と可能性を思考するポジティブな脳みそにアップデートされました。
また100年アニバーサリーUKへのビジョンについてもシェアさせていただき、UKのVISA発給のポイント、イスラム系の人々、国の特性など、とても興味深かった。
KL経由UK行きに関しても、あと９年は壁は高いが不可能では無い。もう少し余裕みても良いと思うけど…などのアドバイスも面白かった。
その他、ロンドン関連の紹介も受けて次の話題に…
９月に実施する中小企業家同友会のハノイ視察の相談。
業種の違う約５社を簡単に紹介。かなり面白味を持っていただけました。
ベトナムと共に新たな時代を迎える面白さ、中小企業家同友会✖︎ベトナムの可能性を共有でき、新たな時代。イメージがが溢れてきました。
いよいよ芽が出てきたのかな～

そして午後から様々な打ち合わせがありましたが、助成金、補助金の打ち合わせがポイントとなりました。
新規事業に関しての可能性を確認。
東京都の制度に今回の研究、研修、アカデミープロジェクトは今後、ONO、そして理容業界にとっての可能性を見出せる事なのでマッチ出来そうです。
これから設計と作文で忙しくなりそうだな〜

なんだかんだ、やりたいことを叶えてあげたい。となってしまう性分であるようです。
ミッションインポッシブルと思わない^_^私以外の動いてくれているメンバーも心強いです。
先ずは前を向きながら、各々進行してしければ、輪郭がハッキリしてくるものだと思いenjoyします。

In the morning, I became a lecturer for the in-house management seminar. There were about six staff members participating. Since it was an online study session, everyone had their cameras off. It was quite a challenging situation, but I managed to get through it somehow. Not being able to see faces and having a lecturer with no reactions is quite difficult. I was grateful that one CIO reacted (laughs). Thank you. This time, the theme was ‘management philosophy,’ so I had a long time for self-reflection and reconfirmation, which was a plus.After that, I visited the former JETRO Hanoi director. He reported on the current situation in Hanoi and shared his vision for the future. Among the advice from the former director, points about visa issuance in London, Islamic communities, and the characteristics of countries were very interesting. Regarding traveling to the UK via KL, although there are high barriers for the next nine years, it is not impossible. His advice that it might be okay to take it easy was also interesting. Additionally, I received introductions related to London, leading to the next topic… consulting about the Hanoi inspection of the Small and Medium Enterprises Association that will take place in September. I briefly introduced about five different companies. They seemed to find it quite interesting. I was excited and filled with anticipation as we shared the excitement and possibilities of entering a new era alongside Vietnam. Is it finally starting to sprout?In the afternoon, we discussed grants and subsidies. We confirmed the possibilities regarding new projects. I think the precision of this research, training, and academy project will be valuable for ONO and will reveal possibilities for the barber industry. It seems I will be busy with design and writing from now on.Somehow, I have this nature of wanting to fulfill the things I want to do. I feel reassured by the members who are also moving, aside from me, and I think that if we each move forward while keeping our sights ahead, the outlines will become clearer.
