久々OFF。
と言ってもリモートワークの１日
PC持参でどこでも仕事になる時代。
理容師の私もハサミとPCは必ずリュックに収納しております。
たまにハサミは持って無い日もあるくらいです。
今日は市場の中でリモートワーク
CAFE、メガネ屋さん、洋服屋さん、定食屋さん、がある場所なので
あとはトイレと電源だけあれば１日過ごせます。
先ずはクレーム対応。クレーム対応と言っても、こちらが悪いので謝罪対応。本人は繋がらず秘書さんとのやり取り。本人とお会いできるか？どうか？お会いできれば直接お話出来るのですが、なかなかうまく進まないな～とりあえず謝罪したい姿勢で待つしかないですね。
次に理容学校との打ち合わせ。
来月、学生さん向けに授業をさせていただけることになりました。しかも連日の授業です。光栄ですね！
・実技は、アイブロー、シェービング
・講義は、業界講話
この内容を先生のリクエストにお答えしながら授業を設計をスタート。

お次はオンラインMTG
東京中小企業家同友会の７月例会の打ち合わせ
多様性委員会×青年部のコラボ例会で出演依頼をいただきました。
テーマは　”　世代間GAP　”
大丈夫か？このテーマ・・・私で・・・だいぶ不安。。
でも、”頼まれごとは試されごと”ということで頑張ります。
先輩方々、後輩方々…
メチャクチャ僕、GAP感じてます(笑)
その次は、フライト予約、ホテル予約
①フライト予約は、ベトナムハノイへの出張
スタッフの結婚式への出席はハノイからバスで１０時間以上の移動みたい(-_-;)　まあ面白がるしかないな～ネタの宝庫。
後はハノイの理美容学校との交渉がメイン。
スタッフとのミーティングも色々ありそうだな～
まあ、なんとかするしかないよね。

②ホテル予約は、１０月の青森での”全国障害者問題委員会”での宿
安さを取るか？　温泉を取るか？　やっぱり安さかな。。
チープなホテルは大好き。。どれだけ安くて便利なホテルに泊まれるか？が信条の私にとってホテル探しはとても燃えます。
あとは、釣りサークルの前泊での逗子マリーナ予約をサクッと取ってフィニッシュ。あー楽しかったホテル選び。
さて、これが今日の最後か？明日以降の準備
・社内経営ゼミの段取り
・アポ取り
・メールでの各方面への連絡
進んでないこともありますが。。
そろそろ帰宅しようと思います。１日市場でお世話になりました。
が、しかし『ちょっと急ぎで相談が…』のメッセージを見てしまったため
電話でのミーティングを２２時～セットしてしまったのは自業自得なだけで嫌いじゃない^_^
経営者には１日の仕事の終わりってないですよね。
自分で１日の終わりを決めてビールを吞みだしたら、そろそろ今日は終わりにしとくか。。という感じですね。
でも呑んでても、寝てても、アタマは仕事してる感覚。。
経営者は仕事の終わりも休日も無いので私の場合は呑み始めたらとりあえず今日は終わり。

ってことで。

It’s been a while since I had a day off. But now that we’re in an age where you can work anywhere with just a PC and a day of remote work, I always keep my scissors and PC in my backpack. Sometimes I don’t even have scissors with me.
Today, I’m in a market where there’s a remote work cafe, an eyeglass shop, a clothing store, and a set meal restaurant, so I can spend the day with just a toilet and a power outlet.
First, I deal with complaints. Although it’s a complaint, it’s my fault, so I apologize. I can’t get through to the person in question, so I’m communicating with the secretary. Can I meet with him? If I could, I could talk to him directly, but it’s not going well, so I’ll just have to wait with the attitude of wanting to apologize.
Next, I have a meeting with the barber school. I’ve been asked to teach students next month. And I’ll be teaching every day. I’m honored! ・Practical skills include eyebrows and shaving ・Lectures include industry lectures I’ll start designing lessons while responding to the teacher’s requests for this content. I’ll create the content for 2 classes of 50 minutes each.
Next up is the online MTG Tokyo Small and Medium Business Association’s July regular meeting. I was asked to appear at the collaboration regular meeting between the Diversity Committee and the Youth Division. The theme is “Generation GAP” Is it okay? I’m quite worried about this theme… but I’ll do my best because I think “a request is a test.” Seniors, juniors… I really feel the GAP (lol)
Next is flight reservations, hotel reservations. 1. Flight reservations are for a business trip to Hanoi, Vietnam to attend a staff member’s wedding, which seems to be a 10-hour bus ride from Hanoi (-_-;) Well, I can’t help but find it interesting – a treasure trove of material. After that, the main focus is negotiations with the hairdressing school in Hanoi. There are likely to be various meetings with the staff – well, I’ll just have to do something about it. Please keep an eye on me (lol)
Hotel reservations are for the “National Committee on Disability Issues” in Aomori in October. Should I choose a cheap hotel? Should I choose a hot spring? I guess it’s cheap after all. I love cheap hotels. . How cheap and convenient is the hotel I can stay at? That’s my motto, so searching for a hotel is very exciting for me. All that’s left is to quickly make a reservation at Zushi Marina for the night before the fishing club meeting. Ah, choosing a hotel was fun.
Ah, is this the last day? I’m going to prepare for tomorrow and after, make arrangements for the in-house management seminar, make appointments, and contact various parties by email, so I’m going to head home soon. Thank you for your help at the 1-day market. However, I saw a message that said, “I need to consult you urgently…”, so I set up a phone meeting from 10pm.
There is no end of work for business owners. When you decide the end of the day and start drinking beer, you think, “It’s about time to call it a day.” That’s how it feels. But whether you’re drinking or sleeping, your head feels like you’re working. . Business owners don’t have end of work or days off, so in my case, if I drink, the day is over.
So that’s it.
