心理的安全性
本日は例のソフトボールチームの公式戦。
なんと2連敗。。力負けでした。。
良いプレイも随所に見られ楽しく、成長も感じられる素晴らしい1日となりました。個人成績は記録上残る打撃は不調。。守備はまあまあ練習の成果が出てきているように感じます。
午後からは理美容専門学校の研修会。
学生さんのリアルボイスを聴けるイベント
*まあ、なかなか本音とタテマエはあるにはあるかも知れませんがリアルボイスはとても参考になりましたし常にアップデートしなければならない我々も大変だな~と感想。
帰りはいつもの道ではなく反対方向の鶯谷駅まで歩いてみた。
年末のイベントに行くキネマ倶楽部までは行きませんでしたが、たまにはいつもと違う道を選択するのは、近頃よくやります。いつもと違う景色やちょっとした発見、なにより常に変化を意識する上では良い習慣だと思っているしウォーキングにもなります。自己満です。
夜は中小企業家同友会・多様性な働き方委員会の例会です。

*理念を説くとにかくKEYWORDや気づきが満載でした。
社内に、家庭に”心理的安全性”を意識してみると
”脳→口のスムースさ”どうかな?
家庭の”心理的安全性”は、受け取りから、なにから色々と考えさせられそうだが、ウチの場合は自分以外が安全なら問題無いかな。。と思う。
言いたい放題、ぜひお願い致します。それから
・3本の矢からの女性管理職の登用についてもタイムリーな考え方をいただき感謝。
以前より、強烈なリーダーより、個性、得意分野を活かしたリーダー達像をイメージしていたけど、やっぱりこれだよね!と。
私も完璧を求められる事もしばしば。私の個性をわかってくれている人も、だんだんと増えて来たとも感じている。やはり、理解してくれている人との時間は、脳→口が直径していて、心理的に安心。もちろん相手や周りへの言葉選び、気遣いはしているつもりだが、それはそれで、素直な自分が出せるから、相手も尊重できるし、話の質も当然良い。
さて、そんな環境を目指すべく今日もアクションをし続けます。
Today was the official game of the softball team.
They lost two games in a row. . They were defeated by force. .
It was a great day with good plays everywhere, fun, and growth. As for individual performance, the batting recorded in the records was poor. . . The defense was okay, but it seems that the results of practice are coming out. In the afternoon, there was a training session at the hairdressing and beauty vocational school.
An event where you can hear the real voices of students.
*Well, it may be difficult to distinguish between what you really think and what you say, but the real voices were very helpful and I thought it must be hard for us to keep updating ourselves all the time. On the way back, instead of taking the usual route, I walked in the opposite direction to Uguisudani Station.
I didn’t go to Kinema Club for the year-end event, but I often choose a different route from usual these days. I think it’s a good habit to be aware of change, with different scenery and small discoveries, and it’s also good for walking. It’s for my own satisfaction. In the evening, there is a regular meeting of the Small and Medium Enterprise Association and the Diverse Work Style Committee.

If you try to be conscious of “psychological safety” at work and at home
How about “brain → smoothness of speech”?
I think that “psychological safety” at home makes you think about everything from receiving to everything else, but in my case, as long as everyone else is safe, there’s no problem. . . I think.

I’ve always imagined leaders who make use of their individuality and areas of expertise rather than strong leaders, but this is it! I’m often asked to be perfect. I also feel that the number of people who understand my individuality is gradually increasing. As expected, when I spend time with people who understand me, the brain-to-mouth connection is good and I feel psychologically secure. Of course, I try to choose my words carefully and be considerate of the other person and those around me, but in that way, I can express my true self, which means the other person can respect me and the quality of my conversation is naturally good.
Well, I will continue to take action today in order to aim for such an environment.
